Lund Motors Adel LC Returns and Cancellation Policy

All online purchases are made subject to the following return and cancellation policy.  By continuing with and completing the purchase you agree to the following policy.

 

Cancellation

 

A purchase can be cancelled at any time prior to the product purchased being shipped to the customer by contacting Customer Support through our website or by calling 515-993-1075.  Once the product has been shipped, customers are unable to cancel the order.  If the customer elects to return the purchase they must do so under the Return Policy below.

 

 

Returns

• Any and all purchases may be returned to Lund Motors Adel LC under the following criteria.

​

• Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date may be returned if the item(s) purchased are unopened and in factory condition.

​

• Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date that are opened or the item(s) are not in factory condition may be returned and receive up to 90% of the original purchase price of the item being returned.The additional percentage of the original purchase price kept by Lund Motors Adel LC is kept as a restocking fee.

 

• Returns for purchases beyond 30 days of the original purchase date are not accepted by Lund Motors Adel LC.

 

• Lund Motors Adel LC may charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original order purchase price for returned items that are not damaged and within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

• The following items for a return:

  • All fuel products including fuel and fuel additives.

  • Custom made tools, equipment, or vehicle parts or accessories.

  • Clothing items that have been worn or used or damaged.
