OUR STORY
Lund Motors is a family owned and operated business centered on our love for all things automotive. We first opened our doors in 1998 with a general repair shop in Waukee Iowa. Since then, we have expanded our business throughout our local community, opening a specialty and race shop in Adel Iowa. Our Adel shop builds race cars, rat rods, does dyno tuning and testing, specializes electronic fuel injection, Holley EFI products, super chargers and turbo chargers.
Starting with a classic fox body, Chris built his first street car when he was in high school. Over the past thirty years we built dozens of race cars, rat rods, and other custom jobs for friends, family and our loyal customers. We raced at locations like the Cordova and Eddyville raceways. Our car Code Red, pictured above, was our main car for many years, racing all over Iowa.
We also have an online store where our customers can purchase VP race fuel, oil, parts and other products to fill their performance and racing needs.
OUR TEAM
Chris
The eldest of the Lund boys and the brains behind the performance builds and race cars. Chris is a Holley and SCT certified technician.
Jeremy
Bob
The one who started it all. The original owner and operator of Lund Motors LC. Bob first opened our doors in 1998, starting with a small auto repair shop. He spent the last two decades building a legacy for his kids and grand kids to take over.
Jeremy is the office manager handling the day-to-day, website, and customer service operations.
